Can I pre-order a watch that’s not listed on the website? 

It depends. You may inquire about your preferred watch by emailing: ecommerce@seikophilippines.com. 
Please note: 

  • Some Alba watches are exclusive to other countries, which may prevent us from processing your pre-order.
  • The watch may already be discontinued if it is not on our website. 

How do I know if my watch is authentic? 

Authentic Alba watches have 6 alphanumeric serial numbers and case numbers on the back. You may also bring your watch to any Alba Watches store for verification. 

 

PRODUCT AND ORDER INQUIRIES 

Do you adjust watch links before shipping? 

Yes, all adjustments are done after you receive the item, and they're completely free of charge. You can have your Alba watch adjusted at any Seiko Boutique. Just bring your warranty card along with the watch. 

You can also avail of free adjustments at Seiko service centers in major malls and other participating locations nationwide. 

 

Can I still order an item that is out of stock? 

Yes, for out-of-stock or pre-order items, please email us at: ecommerce@seikophilippines.com 

 

I tried to check out, but the item in my cart disappeared. What happened? 

This could be due to a weak or unstable internet connection. Please try refreshing your browser and checking your connection. 

  • Other possible reasons the item may have disappeared include:
  • The item went out of stock while you were browsing.
  • The page session may have timed out.
  • There may have been an update or change to the product listing.
  • You may have been logged out automatically due to inactivity. 

We recommend clearing your cache and reloading the page. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.

Why are the items on your website limited? Do you have a full catalog? 

We strive to keep the website updated. If an item is not listed, feel free to inquire via email: ecommerce@seikophilippines.com. 

 

Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I buy it? 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer price matching or adjustments after a purchase has been made.

You can leave a review on our Facebook page under the Reviews section—we’d love to hear your thoughts! 

You can also leave a review directly on the product page of the item you purchased. Just scroll down to the Reviews section and share your experience. Your feedback helps us improve and helps other customers, too!

How do I subscribe to your mailing list? 

  1. Scroll down and look at the lower left corner of the screen. 

  1. Enter your email and click on the arrow button.  

  1. A notification “Thanks for Subscribing” when the subscription is successful. 

 
 You’ll receive updates on new arrivals, special offers, and discounts by subscribing. 

 

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list? 

To unsubscribe from our mailing list, simply send us an email at ecommerce@seikophilippines.com and let us know you’d like to opt out.  

 

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Do you accept international credit cards? 

Yes, we accept most international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

If your card isn’t accepted during checkout, you may see a message such as: 
“The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.” 

This can happen for a few reasons: 

  • Your bank may have restrictions on international or online transactions.
  • The billing address may not match what’s on file with your bank.
  • The card may not support the type of currency or payment platform we use. 

We recommend contacting your bank for assistance or trying a different card. You can also consider using a digital payment option like PayPal if available. 

 

Do your prices include VAT? 

Yes, all watch prices include VAT. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We currently accept multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience more convenient. 
You can pay using: 

  • PayPal
  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Bank Deposits and Transfers through:
    • Chinabank 
    • AUB 
  • Maya
  • BillEase (Buy Now, Pay Later)

What can cause my order to be delayed? 

Several factors may delay your order: 

  • Incomplete shipping address.
  • Orders placed after office hours on Fridays or during weekends (processed on Monday).
  • Unverified payments.
